Founded by a local husband/wife team, Epicurean Furnished Apartments is based right here in Columbus. Our goal is to give our guests a temporary housing experience that they will enjoy (not just tolerate), and we go above and beyond to do just that. We have dozens of options to choose from in Columbus – all situated within modern communities in prime locations like New Albany, Dublin, Hilliard, Westerville, The Short North, etc. You’ll love coming home to a spacious place of your own with modern finishes and lots of natural light. Your new place will come 100% move-in-ready – lovingly decorated and comfortably furnished. When we say your new place will be “move-in-ready”, we mean it.

Our Columbus rentals are designed so that you can just walk in with your suitcase and live comfortably from day one.

Kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the kitchenware you need to cook a gourmet meal – including lots of extras (i.e., a Crock Pot, glass food storage containers, 3 types of coffee makers, etc.). Beds are neatly made for your arrival with our award-winning Winkbeds mattresses and dreamy Frette bedding. WiFi is fast, dedicated (never shared), and ready to handle your most ambitious work (or gaming) needs. Your late-model smart TV (50+ inches) is already set up with DirecTV and powered by Roku for easy access to all of the most popular streaming apps. No need to buy a washer/dryer – you’ll have both inside your apartment. Cleaning equipment and supplies are provided (vacuum cleaners, Swiffer mop, cleaning sprays, and more). We even stock the cabinets with a starter supply of essential consumables like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, etc. And who knows – you might even find a welcome bottle of wine on the counter, complimentary Fiji waters in the bedrooms, a gift set of Asprey’s famous Purple Water toiletries in the bathroom, and a can of Alto Grande coffee in the kitchen (one of the world’s 3 super-premium coffees that our founder discovered on a recent trip to Puerto Rico and brought back for our guests!). Thanks to trusted relationships with our partner communities, you’ll also get to enjoy all of the on-site amenities during your stay. Amenities like:

Your concierge will respond quickly (avg. = 1 hour) with a few recommendations that are available for your needed move-in date in the areas of Columbus that you prefer. Just choose from the options we send you, then reply and ask for a reservation link. Our rental process is easy and only takes ~2 minutes online. At the time of reservation, you simply pay for your first 30 nights. All taxes and fees are included except a one-time $299 cleaning fee and a small pet fee (if applicable). We make your arrival easy, too, with convenient self-check-in via keypad code. Once you move in, your Columbus rental is yours for as long as you need it. We just charge your card once a month for 30 nights at a time.

And when you’re ready to move out? Just give us 2 weeks notice. If, at that time, you happen to have already been charged for nights beyond the 2-week notice period, we refund them. We make it quick, easy, and convenient. But most importantly, we go above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience from the moment you first contact us, to the moment you walk out the door for the last time.
